Validating firmware: OK

ERROR: Unable to establish communication with PIco bootloader via port: /dev/ttyAMA0 Please verify that the serial port is availble.
What is the problem? Minicom also does not respond to pressing the button UR.
And...when SHORT-light is turned all the lights except for FAN. Then the UPS indicator is on, and after 90 seconds it goes out.
