ups pico no longer working after failed firmware upgrade

I installed my ups pico this afternoon, using your installation guide. Everything went fine (the module was detected, I could get the info concerning the battery...) until I tried to upgrade the firmware
as was advised in the manual, when trying that I got read/write errors. When I restarted the rpi3, the ups was no longer detected as you can see below:

Before the failed upgrade it did show numbers in the line starting with 60
I also tried to do the upgrade pressing the buttons as described in you manual, I got a message firmware OK, but after waiting for an hour and rebooting then, the ups still isn't detected
(I checked i2c is enabled and also serial is enabled for shell logins)

What can I do now to get out of this?

Hi, You have probably not properly uploaded the firmware, please upload it again using hand made bootloader invoking
